At Purim time we celebrate
The Jewish survival from a terrible fate,
But Esther the Queen,
Knew Haman was mean.
He had very strong will,
All the Jews he would kill.
So the Queen stepped in,
To prevent this sin.
She was very determined
That the Jews would win.
The times were bad,
Lots of danger loomed,
It was very sad,
It seemed the Jews were doomed.
But the Queen stepped in
To prevent this sin,
Her courage helped the Jews
To finally win.
