SSTORY WORD LIST
There is a difference between "word count" and "words used."
Word count refers to the total number of physical words used in the story.
For example: In the sentence:
I went to the store to buy some cookies.
the total word count is 9
"Words used" refers to the actual words that are repeated throughout the story.
In the example above:
I went to the store to buy some cookies.
the total number of words used is 8 ( the word "to" is repeated and counted only once.)
Below is a list of the individual words used in the story.
The number to the right of each word indicates how many times that word appears in the text.
