INTRODUCTION
About 7 years ago I had an experience which resulted in the story,ONE HILL IS ENOUGH.
I had prepared a felt board presentation of the Scandinavian folktale, THE THREE BILLY GOATS GRUFF.
I was expecting the pre-kindergarten class to come to the library within a few minutes. Looking at the figure of the troll, I started to regret that I chose this story for the four year old age group. As the class was entering the room, I made a quick decision: to eliminate the character of the troll, and change the story. As I was inventing the story, the children gave me wonderful suggestions.
A few years ago I wrote the story in rhyme.
I performed the story as a puppet show.
