"PUMPKINS YEA, FATS NAY"

Peter, Peter, Pumpkin eater,
Also ate some fat.
Which Peter took from all red meats,
He ate it just like that.

He had the pumpkin for dessert,
But then, a great surprise,
This Peter, Peter Pumpkin eater,
Finally was wise.

"I think the pumpkin's great to have,
But fat is certainly not.
I'll take it off my diet plan,
Remove it from my pot.

When cooking any sort of meat,
All fat I'll throw out first.
The meat , some days, is fine to eat,
But fat is -GOSH- the worst.
