WEE WILLIE WINKLE BECOMES
WISE ON THE RUN

Wee Willie Winkle went 'a runnin' through the town.
He felt extremely angry, and his face displayed a frown.

Now-- what was all the fuss and bother? Why was Willie mad?
Why was Willie Winkle always feeling awfully sad?

Everyday poor Willie had consumed too much to eat.
His body was a' growin' from his head down to his feet.

His belly was protudin', and I'll tell you what is more,
He found it hard to fit himself while passin' through a door.

"I've got to change my ways around, I've got to do it now.
I need to lose some weight," he said, "I think I may know how."

"I'll cut out all the fatty foods, eliminate the sweets,
And only eat the low cal stuff for in-between-meal treats."

"I'll exercise a lot each day, on streets race up and down."
